When the old unit is done, we size the new one for the house you have, the attic you have, and the bill you can live with. Straight talk on SEER marketing versus what Flagler attics actually need.
Heat pumps and electric heat
Florida still has those ten cold nights. We service heat pumps and heat kits so January is not a surprise, and we check defrost before the first front.
Seasonal tune-ups
Spring and fall: coils, condensate, capacitors, static pressure when it matters, and the filter you forgot. Cheaper than a Saturday emergency in July.
Duct repair
Leaks in the attic steal cold air and make a short system look weak. We look at the runs we can reach and tell you if mastic will do or if a section has to come out.
Indoor humidity
A house that never dries out after a rain, musty vents, rooms that sweat. We can add filtration or a dehumidifier when the equipment can handle the extra work.
How we price a call
Diagnose first. Then two numbers when they both make sense: the repair, and the replacement. You pick. We do not hide the ugly option, and we do not talk a capacitor into a full change-out.

Who we are
Renee Holt runs the board and still pulls a wrench. The crew is small on purpose: Palm Coast, Flagler Beach, Bunnell, and the streets we can reach before the attic turns into an oven.
