Air conditioning repair
No-cool, ice on the suction line, a breaker that will not stay on, a drain pan that keeps filling. We diagnose first. Then we talk price before parts come off the truck.
Demo sample - not a live business. Built to show the Steady Site Co Growth package. Back to Steady Site Co
Flagler County heating and air
Palm Coast Comfort repairs, replaces, and tunes the systems people actually have in this county. New customers welcome. Call or text. A person picks up when we are in the van.
LicenseCAC-DEMO-4471Demo license number for this sample site. Not a real Florida contractor license.
HoursMonday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturday mornings for no-cool calls when a truck is free.

No-cool, ice on the suction line, a breaker that will not stay on, a drain pan that keeps filling. We diagnose first. Then we talk price before parts come off the truck.
When the old unit is done, we size the new one for the house you have, the attic you have, and the bill you can live with. Straight talk on SEER marketing versus what Flagler attics actually need.
Florida still has those ten cold nights. We service heat pumps and heat kits so January is not a surprise, and we check defrost before the first front.
Spring and fall: coils, condensate, capacitors, static pressure when it matters, and the filter you forgot. Cheaper than a Saturday emergency in July.
Leaks in the attic steal cold air and make a short system look weak. We look at the runs we can reach and tell you if mastic will do or if a section has to come out.
A house that never dries out after a rain, musty vents, rooms that sweat. We can add filtration or a dehumidifier when the equipment can handle the extra work.
Diagnose first. Then two numbers when they both make sense: the repair, and the replacement. You pick. We do not hide the ugly option, and we do not talk a capacitor into a full change-out.
This demo does not invent star ratings. A live Growth site would put real reviews here only if the owner actually has them.
Renee Holt runs the board and still pulls a wrench. The crew is small on purpose: Palm Coast, Flagler Beach, Bunnell, and the streets we can reach before the attic turns into an oven.
Flagler County first. If you can describe the house from US-1, A1A, or Belle Terre, we probably drive it. Outlying streets are a maybe. Ask.
Short notes we hand to customers. On a live Growth site this is the start of a search-friendly hub. Analytics would be wired here. See the README. No tracking IDs are on this demo.

A clogged filter is the most common reason a Palm Coast house feels sticky and a compressor looks tired.

Age, refrigerant type, and how often it has been on the truck all matter more than a round number.

You do not need to wrap the condenser like a present. You do need to keep the yard from becoming a projectile pile.

A room that never catches up is often a closed return, a slammed interior door, or a sun load, not a $400 control.
